Grass Fed Lamb

Our main product is grass fed lamb. We breed and raise Cheviots and Polypay sheep, and have a lamb crop that we take to a USDA and Animal Welfare Certified butcher here in Arkansas.

Our animals rotate anywhere from every few days to every few weeks, depending on grass and season. There isn’t a one-size fits all setup—we do our best to follow what our pastures and our animals are telling us. This, together with our horses, is the best way we know to raise a healthy meat product and care for our ground.
